Dreamtime Flaked Hot Chocolate!

Good Tea, Slowish Delivery

I placed an order for their English Breakfast Tea and a few shortbread biscuits. The tea itself is quite good, very robust and exactly what I like to start my day with. The shortbread was also a nice touch, crumbly and not too sweet. My main gripe was the delivery time; it took a full week to arrive, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use. Everything was well-packaged though, no damage. Customer service was fine when I inquired about the shipping, but a little more speed on that front would make it perfect.

Honestly, it depends on what you're buying. Their specialty blends and loose leaf are usually way more interesting and higher quality than standard Twinings. For everyday black tea, maybe less of a difference.

For me, the hot chocolate is where they shine. Their teas are good, but I find their unique stuff like the instant teas or fruit infusions are really worth it compared to a more basic brand.

Yeah they totally do! I got 15% off last month with my student ID. You just go through UNiDAYS or Student Beans to verify, then they give you a code to put in at checkout.
